The Erosians By Debbie Wills-Book 1-Forbidden to Love

When the love of his life dies,Eros the God of Love is devastated.So Zeus decides to "create" women that look like his lost love.But it doesn't go that well and after three kinda failed attempts,everything goes wrong.Acacia is our main character and she goes to high school,so she can match people and make them fall in love with each other.Kind of ironic since she doesn't have the right to fall in love with someone.Then she meets Josh and the journey begins.

Okay,first of all,I have to admit that the concept was really clever and different.Acacia's condition was really sad because of the fact that she couldn't fall in love,even though she paired other people and made them fall in love.She was a really good character,she was sweet and really cared about her family.Josh was also really good but sometimes,I felt like his character wasn't fully developed.I felt like I didn't know him and that happened with some other characters in the book.I really hope that in the second book,we'll get to know all of the characters better.When Acacia was in danger and she met a second guy,I felt like there wasn't enough time for her to start caring.There wasn't enough development before feelings were expressed.Maybe if she met him a little sooner,they'd get to spend more time together and that would be a perfect excuse if that makes any sense,for those feelings I talked about.

This book was really enjoyable but...what was that cliffhanger thing in the end?I can't wait to read the sequel and find out what happens!!!
