Top Ten Tuesday #50 - Top Ten Characters You'd Like To Check In With

Hello guys and welcome to yet another Top Ten Tuesday which is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.Today's topic:

" Top Ten Characters You'd Like To Check In With "

(Meaning, the book or series is over and you so just wish you could peek in on the "life" you imagine they are leading years down the line after the story ends).

*Sophie & Ian from Vain By Fisher Amelie

This is probably one of the best books I have ever read. Unfortunately though, like a lot of NA books that are part of a series but each book introduces new characters,Vain doesn't have a sequel.Just the thought of never actually reading what happens to Ian and Sophie after the ending of Vain is depressing.

*Ambrose & Fern from Making Faces By Amy Harmon

Another book I immediately fell in love with.By the time I finished reading Making Faces,I cried so many times throughout the book that I actually lost count. This book just made me extremely emotional and broke my heart on so many levels it's insane just to think about it.But again...Making Faces is a stand alone.

This is another series I've talked about before but I'm still so disappointed that it consists of only three books and I can't learn what happens to the characters after the trilogy ends. But I really have to think about the positive side...at least I got to read three books not just one.

This is another book that left me completely heartbroken after finishing it.It was such a quick read but I fell in love with the main character, managed to connect and sympathize with her. What she went through broke my heart but the letters...They were so realistic and beautifully written.Seriously though, this book is definitely worth reading just for the writing!

*Nastya & Josh from The Sea of Tranquility By Katja Millay

I actually read this book back in 2013 which means that I don't really remember every single thing that happened but I would be ecstatic if I learned that a sequel to this book was to be released some time in the future. So yeah...I'd really like to check in with Nastya and Josh.

*Echo & Noah from Pushing the Limits By Katie McGarry

I think this one needs no explanation.Even though Breaking the Rules is already out...

*Abby & Travis from Beautiful Disaster By Jamie McGuire

Beautiful Disaster is actually the first NA book I ever got my hands on and it's without a doubt one of my favorites!

*Dimitri & Rose from Vampire Academy By Richelle Mead

Another series that needs no explanation!!

*Katsa & Po from Graceling By Kristin Cashore

Another book I read a while ago but absolutely fell in love with!Highly recommend!!!

*Annie & Alex from Annie's Song By Catherine Anderson

This is probably the first and only Historic Romance that I have ever read and it's just...Simple perfection!!!It made me want to explore the particular genre more but I haven't gotten around to doing that yet.Hopefully,I'll manage to read more Historic Romances soon!

Comment below telling me what character you'd like to check in with!!!

  1. Wonderful list! Have you read Bitterblue by Kristin Cashore? Gives a peek into how Katsa and Po are doing and some of the problems they are having to face after the events of Graceling. I loved going back to them! But I would never say no to more books featuring them, I adore them!
